I know I was just enjoying tropical splendors of Playa Viva in Mexico, but now I'm dreaming of the Caribbean, and one island in particular: Barbados!That's because this paradise is hosting a Food, Wine & Rum Festival next weekend that's being headlined by celebrity chefs like Tom Colicchio, Marcus Samuelsson, Fergus Henderson and Ming Tsai.
