The third country on my Asian adventure was Vietnam, where my first stop was Ho Chi Minh City - or Saigon, as it was formerly called.
While there, I spent three nights at the Park Hyatt Saigon while during the days I got out and explored the city's sights including the Reunification Palace, and a cruise along the river plus some fabulous meals out at restaurants like the Temple Club and Cuc Gach Quan.
