As we come to the end of 2013, it's time to look back on all the delicious developments on the LA food scene and as part of that restrospection, Frontiers asked me to write a roundup of the most exciting new restaurants in Los Angeles.
There were tons of great new openings in the city this past year, and not nearly enough space to cover them all here, but the ones that did make it in include splashy scene-setters like Trois Mec, Bucato, Rao's, Petty Cash Taqueria, Church Key, Hinoki & the Bird and more.
