HotelChatter: Make Your Own Millefeuilles at Le Royal Monceau

Here's a quick, fun HotelChatter story, complete with video, from my recent trip to Paris. Turns out you can make your own dessert at La Cuisine, the fancy restaurant at the even fancier Le Royal Monceau hotel. Yeah, you know the one, one of Paris's grand palace hotels, opened in 1928, recently redone by Raffles with the help of uber-designer Philippe Starck.

Meanwhile, turns out they're all about giving guests as much of an experience as possible, including going behind the counter to make their own desserts - if they want, that is. Which, of course I wanted.
