As you certainly know by now, I'm a food and travel writer with a good bit of wine thrown in, so it's not often I get to write about fashion and beauty--well, spas and moisturizer yes, fashion, no--and it was kind of fun to do a story on Oscars jewelry.I love watching the red carpet and seeing what the starlets are wearing every year, not to mention the train wreck takes on tuxedos that their escorts usually don, but to be honest, the component I really keep an eye out for is the bling. What can I say? I like shiny things.
