This was a fun little story to do: the world's tallest living Christmas tree is in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, at the Coeur D'Alene Resort. The tree is 161 feet tall--making it twice the size of the one at Rockefeller Center. Not only is it lit up with with 30,000 LED lights and 10-foot tall ornaments, but the surrounding display has over 1.5 million twinkling lights.
