Wine, Dine and Unwind at Borgata

I'll be honest: I don't cover the goings on in Atlantic City much, and don't really want to, but with three gourmet restaurants on the property including Michael Mina's SEABLUE, how could I pass up writing about the Borgata's new slew of dining deals?
