Because I've been writing so much about food and travel, I don't often get spa stories to do, so I was happy to get an assignment to write about the Four Seasons Aviara Spa's new Fall "Ex"Foliation treatments. My favorite part? Where you get to mix your own treatment oils. I have a feeling most people walk out of there smelling like an entire herb garden. Ah well, still sounds fun.I'll have to check it out next time I'm visiting my folks down in San Diego because it's right near their house...and the Carlsbad Outlet Mall (Barneys!).
