FACES: Adam Horton

The subject of this month's FACES interview series on LA.com was the young chef over at the Saddle Peak Lodge in Malibu, Adam Horton.

Horton is only 26, and yet he has worked with some big names not only in Los Angeles (Josiah Citrin, Warren Schwartz), but also at a few famous kitchens across the Atlantic. Since coming to the venerable Saddle Peak Lodge, he has revitalized the fusty game-meats reputation of this Calabasas hills standout, and has created a dynamic, fascinating menu, which you can read about in my review.
