Avalon's blue on blue become oliverio

No, that's not a typo in the title line. blue on blue (no caps) has become oliverio (again, no caps, so you see my notation reasoning). I am still trying to get the full story on why Chef Scott Garrett left the Kor Hotel Group's Avalon Hotel in Beverly Hills and was replaced by Cecconi's Mirko Paderno, so hopefully I'll be able to pop into the new, Italian-skewed oliverio for a meal soon to find out.
