Direct from my room at Georg Breuer's Rudesheim Schloss in the heart of Germany's Rheingau...after a full day of tasting wine in the Rheinhessen and touring the Jewish sights of Worms, not to mention two car ferry rides, I managed to write this week's Stir Fry up and get it in just under deadline.
