My editor at HotelChatter assigned me a piece this week about April's Porto Cervo Wine Festival in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia. It's one of the stories about a place I would actually love to go, and as my editor put it in her email to me: "God, I want to go!!" 
Alas, I don't think either of us will make it, especially me, considering I'll have just returned from France a few days earlier, but one can always dream...especially because all the hotels in the area seem to belong to the Starwood Group now, sort of like a little corporate colony, so who knows, maybe I'll be able to use my Starpoints there sometime.
